AIGECKO collects and processes your personal data using emails sent and/or calls received
in order to meet and manage any requests, questions, and/or enquiries sent. In short, to
serve you as requested.
Furthermore, any time you send your CV or professional information to the specifically
dedicated email address on the Website ( rrhh@aigecko.com ), we will process your data in
order to manage any CV’s and information sent by candidates for current and/or future
recruitment processes.
3. What are the legitimate grounds for processing your data?
A precontractual and/or contractual relationship, if appropriate, plus the legitimate interest
of AIGECKO are the legal bases for meeting and managing any requests, questions, and/or
enquiries sent. With regard to personal data processing when managing your application for
AIGECKO recruitment processes, the legal basis is you granting your consent by sending us
your CV and personal information to the dedicated email address. In other words, the act of
sending us said information represents a clear affirmative action for processing your
personal data and considering you as a potential candidate.
4. How long do we store your data?
AIGECKO will process your personal data for as long as needed to meet the purposes set out
in this Privacy Policy, and this also includes storing your personal information to comply with
the provisions of relevant legislation, especially with regard to limitation periods laid down
in law, and for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
Our criteria for this is determined by: (a) the purpose of the data collected and meeting said

companies belonging to the AIGECKO Group at any given time; (2) other law firms and/or
professionals we may work with, as long as you have provided your consent for us to do so;

obligation exists.
5.1 Where is your data processed and stored?
The vast majority of user data collected by the LogMeal App and API is stored and processed within the European Union (EU). Our primary infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with servers located in EU regions, and we take appropriate steps to ensure data sovereignty and regulatory compliance.
By default, all user data is stored in databases located in the EU. However, under certain custom service plans or at the explicit request of a client, we may replicate or relocate databases to other global regions. Our infrastructure is designed to support secure, region-specific deployments to meet the needs of our clients around the world.
If data is ever transferred outside the EU, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent protection mechanisms in accordance with Articles 44–49 of the GDPR.
6. Who has access to your personal data?
Depending on the purposes why your personal data is being collected, any of the following
people may access them individually: (a) AIGECKO Group authorized staff or their
representatives acting on behalf of the AIGECKO Group, subject to any applicable data
protection legislation; (b) regulatory authorities and other third parties in compliance with
applicable legislation; (c) third parties/data processers (service providers processing
information as data processors under the instructions of AIGECKO). All of this will only take
place after undertaking the actions necessary to ensure that we may share said information
and after entering into the relevant external data processor contract in compliance with
data protection regulations.
7. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Users may request the following rights:
- Right to request access to personal data: you may ask AIGECKO if it is
processing your data, and if so, access them.
- Right to request rectification if there are any data inaccuracies, or fill in any
incomplete data we have.
- Right to request data erasure.
- Right to request restriction of processing: in this event we would only store
them for exercising or defending legal claims.
- Right to object to processing: AIGECKO will stop processing personal data,

8. How can you delete your user data?
User account deletion. As an end-user of the LogMeal App, you may refuse to use your
user profile and might want to get an end-user account deleted. In that case, you may ask us to delete your
account in the Profile settings. If you choose to do so, your account will be inactivated and the data will
be lost.
As a company you might want to get an end-user account deleted. In this case, you may use either the removal
button present in your Profile or the available endpoint present in the API documentation.
Please note that if you have requested your account to be deleted, we will delete the subsequent personal
data you have supplied us. However some data, such as restaurant-specific transactions or images, will be
saved as they have already integrated into our system. This data must be stored to maintain the integrity
of the platform, as well as for legitimate business processes, including audits and security purposes.
Data retention. We will keep your personal data (1) until you decide to delete
your account (upon request), or (2) as required by law or as necessary for legitimate business purposes
(i.e. for tax, legal, accounting, fraud, or abuse prevention, and/or other purposes). This data can be
stored even after an account is deleted.
Upon account deletion, we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations. In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be
associated with you. In this case, such data is no longer considered personal.
9. How do we protect your personal data?
In order to ensure information is secure, AIGECKO uses various technical and organizational
measures to guarantee the appropriate level of security in accordance with the applicable
regulations. In any case, AIGECKO will implement appropriate technical and organizational
measures when designing the data processing system and when actually processing in order
to safeguard security and prevent unauthorized processing. Despite these measures being
implemented efficiently, users are cautioned that Internet security measures are not
impenetrable. AIGECKO is not liable for the acts of third parties who gain access to said data
and information by violating these measures.
10. Confidentiality
AIGECKO professionals involved in the provision of services to the user are committed to not
disclosing or using any information they have accessed. Any information provided by the
user will be confidential at all times, and will not be used for any purposes outside of those
related to managing the requests and services they ask from AIGECKO, if appropriate. In this
sense, we are committed to not disclosing or revealing information about the user’s
intentions, the reasons behind the advice requested, or how long they have been advised
for.
11. Social networks
AIGECKO is active on some of the main social networks online, and for which it acts as the
data controller processing the information AIGECKO posts.
AIGECKO will process data on each social network in accordance with the rules that each
social network has laid down. Unless otherwise stated, at AIGECKO we may let our followers
on each social network know about our activities, events, and other related issues, which
also includes follower service, using the channels social networks provide for this purpose.
AIGECKO will not retrieve personal data from social networks, unless users give us their
explicit consent to do so.

This Website may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not
responsible for the privacy and data processing employed by other websites. This Privacy
Policy applies solely to the information collected on the Website. We recommend reading

13. The integrity of our Privacy Policy and amending it
We will only use your personal data as set forth in the Privacy Policy existing at the time
