As a pioneer in Vietnam’s traditionally offline automotive services sector, VETC also had to navigate the complexities of digital transformation in an industry unaccustomed to such change.</p>

The Insider team provided daily, action-oriented support, co-built data plans and customer journey scripts, and enabled seamless integration via Upsert API. VETC’s team trained intensively on Insider’s CDxP suite, aligning tightly around clear execution milestones. Within just 10 days, they tracked over 100 custom events, enabling full-funnel automation across app, email, and other channels.</p>

This included sending reminders to users who downloaded but didn’t register, nudges to those who completed eKYC but hadn’t linked their wallet, and re-engagement messages to inactive users. All communications-via push notifications, in-app messages, and email-were triggered by real-time user behavior.</p>
