Искусство задавать правильные вопросы
Правильный вопрос — это не вежливое «как ваши дела». Это инструмент, который открывает дверь к смыслу, мотивации и решениям. В HR этот навык — золото. На собеседованиях, встречах с руководителями, интервью вовлеченности — везде выигрывает не тот, кто много говорит, а тот, кто умеет спросить так, чтобы собеседник захотел ответить честно.
Как отличить хороший вопрос от плохого
Плохой вопрос тянет в прошлое: «Почему вы не справились с проектом?»
Хороший — направлен в будущее и действие: «Что помогло бы вам в следующий раз довести проект до конца?»
Плохой звучит как допрос: «Вы уверены, что это сработает?»
Хороший — как приглашение к совместному размышлению: «Какие риски вы видите и как можем их учесть?»
