6 <h2><b>Skip Inaccessible States & Counties and Follow-Up Reports</b></h2>

7 <p>If a state’s Clean Slate implementation results in data limitations, such as if individual county courthouses temporarily become inaccessible, all background check providers will experience the same challenges. To help minimize any delays for you as you run background checks in an impacted state, Checkr now provides a Skip Inaccessible States & Counties feature. This feature lets you unblock candidates and prevent hiring delays, then run full or partial Follow-Up Reports when all jurisdictions become accessible.<a>Learn more</a>.</p>

9 <p>Global Watchlist is now available as a standalone search and as an add-on for packages. Healthcare organizations can fulfill OIG and SAM search requirements by setting up a subscription to Global Watchlist.</p>

12 <h2><b>A faster way for candidates to verify their employment</b></h2>

13 <p>We have a new, faster way to verify candidates’<a>employment history</a>in the US. When candidates opt to directly log into their payroll provider within their background check application, Checkr can verify their employment in minutes-saving you costly pass-through fees. This is now available for all customers and supports more than one previous employer.</p>

14 <h2><b>New options to configure document review collection</b></h2>

15 <p>Checkr offers document review as a free service for all customers when candidates run into exceptions. You now have the flexibility to choose whether to opt in or out of this service. Document collection is turned on by default; if you’d like to disable this feature for your account, please reach out to<a>Customer Support</a>.</p>

20 <p>Candidates can now review and edit the information they entered in their background check application before submitting. This can help reduce errors and speed up report completion.</p>
