<p>Covenant Health is a New England-based healthcare organization with hospitals and post-acute care facilities. Their recruitment teams are tasked with hiring 3,500 highly skilled professionals each year across over 800 job titles including everything from housekeeping and patient registration, to lab techs and nurses, as well as finance and marketing associates. </p>

<p>During the pandemic, they found themselves in the difficult position of needing a new background check vendor. Covenant Health had been working with the same background check vendor for more than a decade, but after an acquisition, their customer service left much to be desired. They began experiencing issues that weren't being resolved, and were unable to get in touch with customer support quickly. Although the timing wasn't ideal, Lisa Cramm, System Director of Talent Acquisition, went searching for a new partner that could provide accurate background and education checks in a timely, but cost-effective manner. </p>
