185 <p>We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Once the retention period expires, we securely delete, deidentify, aggregate, or anonymize your personal information. If we deidentify personal information, we will keep it deidentified and not try to reidentify it unless permitted or required to do so under applicable law.</p>

201 <p>As part of the recruitment process, we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising,” as those terms are defined in the CCPA. Such information might include limited identifiers and internet activity, which we may provide to social media platforms and advertising partners for our marketing and advertising purposes.
