1 Andrew Bialecki is the co-founder and CEO of Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO), the CRM built for consumer brands. Since founding the company in 2012, he has guided Klaviyo's growth from a startup to a publicly traded, category-defining platform that integrates marketing, customer service, analytics, and data to help businesses personalize at scale and achieve smarter, faster growth. Growing up in a family of small business owners, Andrew developed a deep passion for entrepreneurship from an early age. Prior to founding Klaviyo, he served as Chief Technology Officer at RockTech, a sales and marketing software company, and held roles at Performable and Applied Predictive Technologies. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics, Astronomy, and Astrophysics from Harvard University.
