Depuis sa création en 2014, avec des repas simples et nutritionnellement complets, la marque s’est développée pour offrir toute une gamme de repas prêts à boire, de barres et de poudres à préparer en quelques minutes.</p><p>Aujourd’hui, Jimmy Joy bénéficie d’une communauté de plus de 250 000 personnes réparties dans 88 pays et utilise Klaviyo pour développer ses données clients et sa croissance. Le mois dernier, l’entreprise a franchi une étape importante en expédiant son 50 millionième repas à l’échelle internationale.</p><h2 id="decouvrez-comment-jimmy-joy-utilise-whatsapp-pour-completer-les-e-mails-et-communiquer-de-facon-privilegiee-avec-les-clients">Découvrez comment Jimmy Joy utilise WhatsApp pour compléter les e-mails et communiquer de façon privilégiée avec les clients</h2><h3>Le défi</h3><p>Jimmy Joy a pendant des années collaboré avec <a href="https://yocto.agency/">YOCTO</a>, partenaire Elite Klaviyo et agence CRM, afin de mettre en place un programme d’e-mails ultra-performant dans Klaviyo qui constituait l’épine dorsale de sa stratégie marketing.</p><p>« Chaque année, YOCTO dépassait nos objectifs », déclare Otto Mouton, directeur commercial de Jimmy Joy.</p><p>Pour autant, la marque devait faire face aux boites de réception de plus en plus saturées de ses clients. En 2025, à l’approche du Black Friday, l’équipe a eu envie de diversifier sa stratégie CRM en faisant appel à un canal de messagerie plus récent et adapté aux mobiles, comme WhatsApp, le canal de communication préféré de ses clients pour le marketing et le service client.</p><p>L’entreprise a néanmoins rencontré des difficultés pour trouver le fournisseur WhatsApp capable de répondre à ses besoins. Les options proposées étaient soit trop onéreuses, soit trop limitées, soit incompatibles avec les exigences européennes strictes en matière de protection de la vie privée.</p><p>« Lorsque vos clients vous disent que leur canal de prédilection est WhatsApp et que vous n’avez pas WhatsApp, c’est un problème », explique Otto Mouton.</p><h3>La solution</h3><p>Lorsque Klaviyo a lancé WhatsApp, Jimmy Joy a immédiatement voulu participer à l’aventure, convaincu par la facilité d’utilisation de Klaviyo et par l’efficacité du regroupement des canaux.</p><p>« En moins de 24 heures, je participais à un appel pour discuter du programme », explique Otto Mouton. « C’était enfin la solution que nous recherchions. »L’entreprise a activé WhatsApp à la fin de l’été 2025. Elle a utilisé les pop-ups et les blocs d’e-mails dynamiques de Klaviyo pour commencer à collecter des abonnés à forte intention en amont du pic d’activité. En l’espace de quelques mois, elle est parvenue à constituer une liste restreinte mais à fort engagement, positionnant ainsi le canal comme un espace exclusif pour les clients fidèles.</p><p>Jimmy Joy a pensé WhatsApp comme un canal premium complémentaire pour communiquer auprès de ses clients les plus fidèles de façon plus personnelle et immédiate.</p><p>« Je considère vraiment WhatsApp comme un outil de personnalisation supplémentaire qui vient se superposer aux e-mails », explique Otto Mouton. « Il permet de rester en contact avec les clients à forte valeur, qui vous font confiance pour ne pas les inonder de messages sur WhatsApp. En échange de la confiance qu’ils placent en vous, vous leur proposez des avantages exclusifs. »</p><p>Au moment du Black Friday, Jimmy Joy a utilisé conjointement WhatsApp et les e-mails pour offrir une expérience omnicanale fluide : les e-mails pour sensibiliser la clientèle au sens large et les messages WhatsApp pour proposer des offres avec accès anticipé et à durée limitée aux clients les plus susceptibles d’agir rapidement.</p><p>L’impact a été immédiat. Les taux de clics WhatsApp du Black Friday ont dépassé les 22 %, tandis que les taux d’ouverture enregistrés étaient régulièrement compris entre 60 % et 90 %. Lors d’une seule campagne WhatsApp pour le Black Friday, l’entreprise a obtenu un retour sur investissement de 78x, ce qui souligne la puissance de ce canal lorsqu’il est utilisé pour un accès anticipé et des offres exclusives.</p><p>« Utilisé correctement, WhatsApp renforce l’exclusivité mieux que tout autre canal. Ce sentiment d’« accès anticipé » et de privilège est l’un des générateurs de conversions les plus puissants que nous observons. ### Le défi
Jimmy Joy a pendant des années collaboré avec [YOCTO](https://yocto.agency/), partenaire Elite Klaviyo et agence CRM, afin de mettre en place un programme d’e-mails ultra-performant dans Klaviyo qui constituait l’épine dorsale de sa stratégie marketing.
« Chaque année, YOCTO dépassait nos objectifs », déclare Otto Mouton, directeur commercial de Jimmy Joy.
Pour autant, la marque devait faire face aux boites de réception de plus en plus saturées de ses clients. En 2025, à l’approche du Black Friday, l’équipe a eu envie de diversifier sa stratégie CRM en faisant appel à un canal de messagerie plus récent et adapté aux mobiles, comme WhatsApp, le canal de communication préféré de ses clients pour le marketing et le service client.
L’entreprise a néanmoins rencontré des difficultés pour trouver le fournisseur WhatsApp capable de répondre à ses besoins. Les options proposées étaient soit trop onéreuses, soit trop limitées, soit incompatibles avec les exigences européennes strictes en matière de protection de la vie privée.
« Lorsque vos clients vous disent que leur canal de prédilection est WhatsApp et que vous n’avez pas WhatsApp, c’est un problème », explique Otto Mouton.
### La solution
Lorsque Klaviyo a lancé WhatsApp, Jimmy Joy a immédiatement voulu participer à l’aventure, convaincu par la facilité d’utilisation de Klaviyo et par l’efficacité du regroupement des canaux.
« En moins de 24 heures, je participais à un appel pour discuter du programme », explique Otto Mouton. « C’était enfin la solution que nous recherchions. »L’entreprise a activé WhatsApp à la fin de l’été 2025. Au moment du Black Friday, Jimmy Joy a utilisé conjointement WhatsApp et les e-mails pour offrir une expérience omnicanale fluide : les e-mails pour sensibiliser la clientèle au sens large et les messages WhatsApp pour proposer des offres avec accès anticipé et à durée limitée aux clients les plus susceptibles d’agir rapidement.
L’impact a été immédiat. Les taux de clics WhatsApp du Black Friday ont dépassé les 22 %, tandis que les taux d’ouverture enregistrés étaient régulièrement compris entre 60 % et 90 %. Lors d’une seule campagne WhatsApp pour le Black Friday, l’entreprise a obtenu un retour sur investissement de 78x, ce qui souligne la puissance de ce canal lorsqu’il est utilisé pour un accès anticipé et des offres exclusives.
