Another text effect can be created from two sharp shadows.
The shadows are shifted to one side. The lower shadow is shifted a little more, and its color is different from the background color. The upper shadow is shifted a little less, and its color matches the background color. This produces an interesting stroke effect.
This effect works well for creating vintage-styled headlines.
